Who we are
Auki AI is the trading name of Aukiai Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17447356, registered office Flat 47 Courtlands, Park Road, Barry, CF62 6NT.
We build AI automation, AI agents and websites. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.

What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry
Your name and email — we need these to reply — and optionally your company, budget, timeline and whatever you tell us about your project. We use this only to respond and to carry out work you ask for.

When you send your first enquiry we automatically create an account so you can track your order, and email you a temporary password. You didn't ask for it, so: tell us to delete it at any time and we will. Please change the password the first time you sign in.

Your name, your email if you give one, your message and rating.

The idea you describe is sent to Anthropic to generate your report, and stored on our server so you can come back to it. Nova requires an account.
Automatically
Our web server records IP addresses and requests in logs kept for 14 days, used for security and for diagnosing faults.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies and collects your approximate location, device and the pages you visit here.

The first two are necessary for the site to work and aren't used to track you. You can clear all of them in your browser.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use:
- Google — Gmail for sending and receiving email, Google Analytics, Google Fonts
- Anthropic — Nova reports only
- Cloudflare — serving code libraries
- Yahoo — our notification inbox receives a copy of enquiries
- Hetzner — hosts the server
Some of these process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers rely on the UK's approved safeguards.
Where your data is stored
On a server hosted by Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany (EU). Backups are held on the same server.
How long we keep it

Ask us to delete something sooner and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent where we relied on it.
Email admin@aukiai.com. We'll reply within one month, free of charge.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We are currently completing our registration with the ICO.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. The site runs over HTTPS. Admin areas require signing in.
Children
This site isn't intended for under-18s and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll update this page and change the date at the top.
